Situating my Perspective on Yin - 3 Minute Vid

Greetings, Gentle Reader

I’ve been working with bodies and breath for more than 30 years, and for the last 15, I’ve been a specialist in Yin (or Relax and Restore) - approaching working with and through the bodymind in a way that helps to tone the vagus nerve as well as increase our window of tolerance.



This brief video offers an orientation towards my perspective on yin, and since I mention Vagal Tone, I thought it prudent to include a bit about the vagus nerve here.
