I made you something. It’s a document that provides some suggestions for shapes you can explore that might assist you in finding more freedom of movement and lesson pain in your body after your mastectomy. I also suggest many of these shapes for folks who spend a great deal of time using devices (like the one you’re on now)
There’s a document HERE, and this is meant to be suggestive - not prescriptive. What I consistently find while working with people is that we start in one place and based on how my clients are feeling that day - that moment - that breath… THIS determines the pathway we take during our time together.
